December - Question 1
In recent years, weight management has become a popular topic, and there are many books and videos about weight loss. According to the perspective of public health, obesity is closely related to various chronic diseases, but this does not does not necessarily mean thin people are healthy. BMI (Body Mass Index) is an index that you should really care about. For adults aged 18 to 65, the healthy BMI should be within the range of 18.5kg/m² to 24kg/m². If the BMI value is lower than 18.5kg/m², it is too thin. People who are too thin may have poor immunity and may be prone to different illnesses and conditions.
