Creating Solutions for Libraries

EBSCO products work in seamless synergy, providing a unified research experience for libraries and users alike

Unlock a seamless research experience with EBSCO solutions. Our suite connects users to relevant information while empowering you with valuable insights. Explore some of our comprehensive offerings, including an open-source Library Services Platform (LSP), a single-point portal, an authentication system, and a modern discovery platform.

FOLIO

FOLIO supports the core functions of the library including circulation, cataloging, acquisitions, and electronic resource management. It is an entirely new open-source Library Services Platform (LSP) built through a community collaboration of libraries, vendors, and developers. EBSCO FOLIO is a full-service offering for FOLIO, including implementation and data migration services, hosting in the EBSCO AWS infrastructure and support for the FOLIO platform.

EBSCO Discovery Service

EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) is your one-stop-shop for research. Developed with user experience and accessibility at the core, the platform helps users find the best content for their search terms and helps them get to the full text successfully. EDS’s intent is to help both the librarian and the researcher by providing an effective and efficient search experience.

Full Text Finder

Full Text Finder (FTF) makes growing your collection easier. A next generation knowledge base, holdings management tool, publication finder, and link resolver, FTF integrates with EDS and FOLIO to provide users fast and reliable access to full text, while highlighting important journal content, license terms, and paths to access your critical documents.

EBSCO Locate

Locate, EBSCO’s OPAC solution for FOLIO, serves as a path to find titles, place holds and renew items, making integration, service and support seamless. Using Locate, patrons can search and browse their library’s catalog, add titles to their bookshelf, and place a hold on a title to pick up at the library.

BiblioGraph

BiblioGraph is about sharing. It exposes the people, topics, and items within your library catalog on the open web, allowing your patrons to find, explore, and access a variety of catalog content from wherever they start their search. BiblioGraph can enhance the portability, visibility, and value of your library’s catalog. By managing and sharing linked data and combining it with BIBFRAME, libraries are better able to provide a superior user experience and help the library's valuable content be accessible to the user community.

OpenAthens

OpenAthens offers easy online access to all library resources to only your authenticated library patrons. It provides modern single sign-on (SSO) technology and a better IP/Proxy experience and meets data protection governance and compliance requirements.

Panorama

Panorama is a modern library analytics platform combining different library data and campus data sets to enable valuable insights. Library analytics are like using a magnifier to examine the details of a complex system. Panorama allows you to zoom in on the fine threads and intricate patterns of your library use and interactions, helping librarians understand their users engagement with the library and resources.

Stacks

Knowledge is power, and that’s why sharing information and resources is important. The Stacks platform was built with that philosophy in mind. Information should be easy to access, regardless of the systems and content that exist behind the scenes. The Stacks digital library platform powers some of the largest institutions around the world. We believe knowledge should be accessible to anyone, and at everyone’s fingertips.
