Our first session highlighted the latest enhancements in e-book offerings, pricing benefits, ordering solutions, and key takeaways from our December session and more.

This session covered:

  • Order templates for quick order processing.
  • Link to GOBI for print book purchases until full print integration is available.
  • Expanded local order details and improved deduplication checks.
  • Local language support for the interface and non-English content expansion.
  • Real-time pricing, availability, and eligibility displayed in search results.
  • Library history enhancements, including EBSCO holdings visibility.

March Innovation Spotlight and Open Forum

Our second session highlighted the latest enhancements in e-book offerings and expanded options to support your library’s collection needs.

This session covered:

  • The facets and filters in search results, including key facets such as format, publication year, publisher name, subject, and language.

  • An update on real-time order validation and invoicing functionality.

  • Preview URLs for e-books, showing the ability to preview e-book content directly within Mosaic.

  • Expanded content and supplier offerings, including more publisher-direct partnerships and additional content available in Mosaic.

  • Enhanced collection development workflows, with a discussion of timing for selector-level profiles and approval workflows.

  • The international expansion timeline, including updates on non-USD currency support and extended availability for international libraries.

April Innovation Spotlight and Open Forum

Our third session in the series offered an update on order integration with ALMA to enhance interoperability and align your library's workflows and more.

  • An update on ILS order integration with Alma and interoperability.
