For 15 years, he was CEO of the Ogilvy’s Group’s digital marketing division and later the Chief People Officer for a 20,000-person global team. His award-winning book The Long View: Career Strategies to Start Strong, Reach High and Go Far has been published internationally and excerpted in three Harvard Business Review books.
Brian is now the CEO of the Long View Talent Group. He is a frequent lecturer at Columbia, McGill, Georgetown, Vanderbilt and the MIT Sloan School. In 2021, Brian was named to ‘100 Coaches’ – the world’s leading community of experts in leadership development and executive coaching.
